All of the terms and conditions between the owners of NRIConnects and you (“User”) are contained in this Agreement that governs the use of the services offered at the NRIConnects website (the “Site”). By utilizing any resources or information on the Site, User agrees that (I) User has read this Agreement and understands all of its contents and (II) User accepts all the terms and conditions in the Agreement. By accessing and using this Site, you hereby agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree with all of the following terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to change, modify or alter these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes and/or modifications to the terms and conditions shall become effective immediately once published. Kindly go through our terms and conditions periodically. If you continue to use the Site after the changes and/or modifications are published, it will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The User agrees not to hold owners of NRIConnects liable for any misinterpretation with regards to the Site’s content and services offered.
Online Transactions: There is a binding contract implicit between the User and owners of NRIConnects once the User accepts the terms of the advice or service and makes a payment to NRIConnects. The right to suspend privileges to any User not adhering to the Site’s policies is reserved by NRIConnects.
Billing and Payment Policy: When the User places the order, they are obligated to pay. For credit card payments, the amount is debited from the user's account when they request a service. An automatic cancelation charge of 20% of the price upon cancellation for any reason.
Guarantees and Disclaimers:
The User will provide feedback to NRIConnects by email if the User is not reasonably satisfied with the quality of the services received. The user must provide the details of the grievance as part of the feedback.
NRIConnects strives to provide the best possible services to its customers using all its expertise. NRIConnects is not in control of the services offered by the 3rd party. Thus it cannot take any responsibility for the subsequent services.
NRIConnects will make every effort to fulfill each services requested as stated. However, the service response time depends upon the 3rd party and any delay from the 3rd party service providers, will lead to a delay in the service accordingly. NRIConnects is not responsible for the delay of any services. A customer may cancel the service requested due to a delay in the service by placing a request to NRIConnects. However, any refunds will be at the discretion of NRIConnects and NRIConnects is not obligated to refund the complete amount. In some cases, NRIConnects has already paid for the involved parties and cancellation will not be allowed although the service is delayed.
All customer care requests must be submitted online after registering at NRIConnects. NRIConnects highly values customer care and considers all such requests on their merits. The User agrees to abide by the decision of NRIConnects in all such cases, which shall be final.
Any communication done with NRIConnects in the due course of executing business is confidential information. It cannot be shared publicly without the written consent of NRIConnects. Any reviews posted anywhere must be accurate and complete without any malicious misrepresentations. If the issue being posted has been resolved, the complainant is responsible for updating the review with this information. Failure to do so constitutes a malicious intent to deliberately defame and cause harm to the company and is liable to be prosecuted as much as allowed by the law. In the case of a person deliberately making a representation with malicious intent to misrepresent and twist the facts, the person in question is liable for the consequences to the fullest extent of the law. While we respect the User’s right to express their views freely, we take an exception to posts made with utter disregard to the Terms and Conditions agreed upon at the time the order is placed. Anonymous, incomplete and misrepresented posts published on social media are liable to be pursued to the fullest extent of the law. Any information has to be truthful, accurate and made in good faith to serve the common good. A consumer deliberately engaging with the company with a malicious intent to malign the good name of the company, or knowingly engaging in such activity for any reason by making false claims, is liable to be prosecuted under the full extent of the law. Any communication made with NRIConnects, whether oral or written, can be saved for training and/or for resolving issues of business expediency.
Eligibility
You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and to utilize the services offered on this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. Our services are available only to individuals who have the ability to enter into legally binding contracts under the law. Without limiting the foregoing, our services are unavailable to minors. User hereby agrees to supervise usage by, and be responsible for the actions of all minors who use your devices and/or account to access NRIConnects. User must always supervise their children’s Internet usage. If a minor places a request for service as an adult and pays with a credit card, the order will hold- NRIConnects is not under any obligation to treat such service orders differently.
Prohibited Use
The Site and services contained herein can be utilized for learning about various servicesoffered NRIConnects. No person may utilize this Site to recruit, solicit, or contact in any form Users to employ or contract for a business not affiliated with NRIConnects without the written permission from the owners of NRIConnects. However, NRIConnects is not liable for the authenticity or the correctness of the content contained on the website and Users are requested to exercise judgment and verification for all such facts. The site also contains views and materials provided by Users of the site and NRIConnects is not responsible for the authenticity of the information provided by third parties. The User also forfeits the rights to any information that he/she posts on this Site, which can use this information in any manner that it deems fit.
User Account, Password and Security
User is entirely responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of any password and account number that NRIConnects provides for accessing the Site, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under User’s password or account. User agrees to immediately notify NRIConnects regarding any unauthorized usage of the User’s password or account or any other breach of security. NRIConnects is not liable for any loss that may be incurred due to someone else using the User’s password or account, either with or without the User’s knowledge. However, the User may be held liable for losses that NRIConnects or another party incurs due to someone else using User’s account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the account holder’s permission.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
NRIConnects and/or its subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, licensors or other respective owners own all site software, design, text, images, photographs, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, artwork, graphic material, or other copyrightable elements, and the selection and arrangements thereof, and trademarks, service marks and trade names (the “Material”) and are protected, without limitation, pursuant to India. and foreign copyright and trademark laws. NRIConnects hereby grants the User a personal, revocable, non-perpetual, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use the Site under the condition that User does not (i) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover a source code, (ii) modify or attempt to modify the Site in any manner or form. The User agrees to not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, broadcast or circulate any Material to any third party (including, without limitation, displaying and distributing the Material via a third party website) without the express prior written permission from NRIConnects. Using the Material of NRIConnects and/or its licensors is only allowed with NRIConnects’s express written permission. The offender may be subjected to civil liability and criminal prosecution under applicable federal and state laws for any unauthorized or prohibited usage.
INDEMNIFICATION
The User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, NRIConnects, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, (even reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any violation of this Agreement by the User. NRIConnects reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you at its sole expense, in which event you will fully cooperate with NRIConnects in asserting any available defenses.
